With her Master’s blessing, Shifu Allonah is looking forward to sharing tai chi knowledge with students of her own in the Athens area. Whether you are trying tai chi for the first time or deepening a lifelong martial arts practice, her playful and calming energy will help guide you on your path to find your own natural flow and balance.
